At Above the Clouds Extract Shop, each order is handled with care and precision.Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing prior to shipment. Orders placed outside of business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will be attended to on the next business day.
During periods of exceptional demand such as holidays or exclusive releases processing times may extend to up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience as we ensure every order meets our standards of quality and accuracy.
Shipping & Delivery

Above the Clouds Extract Shop is not liable for packages delayed, held, or declined by customs authorities. Should a shipment be returned due to incorrect address details, customs refusal, or lack of response, any associated return and reshipping costs will be deducted from the original payment.
